Dr. Adaora Ezeife is a distinguished financial regulatory executive with over 31 years of service at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), where she rose to Director, overseeing Microfinance and Primary Mortgage Banks across Nigeria. Her career reflects a deep commitment to financial system stability and inclusion.
She holds a PhD in Gender, Conflict, and Development Studies, with published research addressing cultural and systemic barriers to women’s participation in inheritance, alongside an MSc, MBA, and BSc.
Beyond her professional career, she is deeply committed to women empowerment and youth development. She is the founder of womendiscourse.org, a platform for women empowerment and inclusive development, and leads Charity and Mercy foundation which focuses on philanthropy, education support and youth empowerment. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of ADRAB Global Trade Nigeria Ltd, a real estate consultancy firm.
